By accessing or using the services provided by Sattva Samata LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), including coaching services, speaking engagements, programs, and this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Sattva Samata LLC provides leadership coaching, keynote speaking, transformational programs (including the 40 Days to Success program), and related educational services. All services are provided "as is" and are subject to availability.

3. Payment and Fees

• Payment Required: All services require payment in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Pricing: Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (Stripe, Calendly).
• Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

4. No Refunds Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR ANY SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Coaching sessions (75-minute, premium 1-on-1, or any other format)
• 40 Days to Success program (Group or Premium tiers)
• Speaking engagements or event registrations
• Digital products, books, or course materials

By purchasing any service, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. If you miss a scheduled session, recordings may be available, but no refund or credit will be issued.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Client Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule appointments according to the specific cancellation policy provided at the time of booking (typically 24-48 hours notice required).
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may result in forfeiture of that session.
• Provider Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule.

6. Program-Specific Terms

40 Days to Success Program:

• Minimum 6 participants required to launch a cohort
• If minimum enrollment is not met, you will be offered a full refund or placement in the next cohort
• All sessions are recorded for participants who cannot attend live
• Upgrade from Group to Premium tier available by paying the difference
• Physical books shipped via Amazon; digital versions delivered immediately

7. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Attend scheduled sessions on time
• Engage actively and honestly in the coaching process
• Respect confidentiality and intellectual property
• Take responsibility for implementing insights and strategies

8. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent, except as required by law or if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Coaching and speaking services are provided for educational and personal development purposes. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results. Success depends on many factors, including your commitment, effort, and circumstances beyond our control.

Our services are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice. If you require such services, please consult a licensed professional.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sattva Samata LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided through our services (including course materials, recordings, frameworks, and methodologies) are owned by Sattva Samata LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our materials without express written permission.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other clients, us, or third parties.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
